Star Spangled Strawberries

I found a recipe for strawberries dipped in white chocolate dipped in blue sugar.  I think the recipe is in the latest Phyllis Hoffman magazine Celebrate.  What I did was to slowly melt white mint candies and dip the strawberry in it.  Then they went for a dip in the blue sugar.  Put them on a tray covered in waxed paper to harden.  Then off to a party where they were displayed on a cake plate.   Happy Fourth of July!
