Honeyboat Delectica Squash

Here is the seed packet.  The squash do look like this.
This year I tried again to grow Honey Boat Squash.  Last year's didn't produce edible fruit.  This year I had three seedlings, but only one survived.  But this one is producing!  Tonight we're roasting the squash.  Here is the recipe from www.foodista.com:

"One of the sweetest squash varieties in existance. Oblong, Delicata shaped squash have tan skin with green stripes. Fantastic roasted on a cookie sheet in half moon slices. Halve the squash, scoop out the seeds, then slice into half moons and bake for 10 minutes on each side at 425 degrees."
